Privacy & Security

One of the most popular features of Connestee Falls is the privacy and security
program designed to control access to our beautiful 3900 acre community and to monitor homes, infrastructure, and activities to ensure that any problems are quickly
identified and resolved.

In addition to our Main Gate that is staffed 24/7, we have two additional gates that
are staffed or monitored 24/7. Residents may enter through any gate using our
automatic barcode entry system and authorized guests may enter through any gate, even when unstaffed, using our remote surveillance and entry system.

Our Roving Security Patrol vehicles cover the entire property and residents who plan to be away for extended periods can contact Administration or Main Gate Security to ensure patrols know their homes are temporarily unoccupied.
