The Connestee Falls Wellness Center is located on the lower level of the Overlook Clubhouse with views of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and our tree-lined 10th Fairway. The Center offers its members top-of-the-line cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, and more. All cardio equipment features touch-sensitive heart rate monitors, easy to use display screens and “personal profile” capabilities.
Additionally, the Wellness Center is equipped with a circuit of a “selectorized” strength training machines. These are arranged in an efficient floor plan which allows for easy access on-and-off, as well as a reduced “wait time” for each machine. Also available are a series of free-weights, adjustable benches and a selection of balance, stability, and core trainers.
The Wellness Center is supervised on a full-time basis by our Certified Professional Trainer who is available for one-on-one exercise instruction, to customize your personal exercise prescription and to facilitate those needing physician-specified pre/post operative exercise programs.
Our Wellness Program also sponsors group exercise classes, fitness challenges, wellness workshops, fairs, and professional lectures.
For the convenience of our members, on-site massage therapy services are available by appointment.
