Resident Photo Contest
My husband, Roy, and I heard about Connestee Falls from friends in 1997, and after visiting Connestee Falls, we purchased our "piece of paradise".
We moved to Connestee Falls in 2008 and love living here. We especially enjoy the change of seasons.
As an amateur photographer, I look for ways to capture the beauty and serenity that nature offers in my photographs. A foggy November morning at Atagahi Park afforded a perfect opportunity to capture my brother-in-law as he enjoyed the solitude of the lake.
No matter what your interests, you can find a club or group to join within Connestee Falls. While my husband is a member of trail builders, woodturning and woodcrafter clubs, I enjoy the Mountain Gardeners Club, photography, sewing group, ballet and yoga. Together we hike, work on our mountain landscape, dine at the clubhouse, play cards, and participate in community service projects. The only downside to living in Connestee Falls is too many choices.
