The Connestee Falls Property Owners Association (CFPOA) is managed by an exceptionally qualified General Manager and team with years of experience in club and community association operations. The operation is on a the scale of a small town in many ways. For example, the association owns and maintains over 50 miles of private roads. It is also responsible for management of all recreational assets including the golf course, clubhouse and food service operations. The board and staff pride themselves on running a highly professional operation with rock-solid financials.
The Administration office is located just inside the main entry gate off Greenville Highway and is open Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
